Intent to Graduate Form

During your sophomore year at 麻豆视频, you begin to consider graduation. The first step is to meet with a faculty academic advisor, who will determine if you qualify to graduate. Please make the appointment before the end of your first sophomore semester.

Follow the Below Steps

1. Complete your Intent to Graduate form in My麻豆视频
   
   • Fall graduates complete Intent to Graduate form by November 1
   • Spring and Summer graduates complete Intent to Graduate form by March 15
2. In My麻豆视频, select 鈥淒ashboard/Forms鈥� from the left-hand side of Student Profile
3. Scroll to 鈥淪tudent Forms鈥� and select Intent to Graduate
